The United States Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Association (USETDA) will hold their 14th annual conference, “USETDA 2024” from September 25-27, 2024 on the campus of Brigham Young University (BYU) and online as a hybrid event via Zoom. Registration is available at the rate of $169 for members or $269 for non-members through September 18th. Visit our Conference Invitation to learn more about the event. Tech's Next Frontier: Transforming Research & Digital Scholarship. USETDA 2024 - BYU, Provo, Utah.

Click here to view the USETDA 2024 Conference Call for Proposals information. Proposal abstract submission deadline: March 29, 2024. The USETDA 2024 Conference will be held September 25-27, 2024 on the campus of Brigham Young University (BYU), in Provo, Utah and online as a hybrid event via Zoom.

USETDA 2024 will provide excellent educational opportunities for graduate school, disability and student services, offices of diversity, equity and inclusion, library, information technology and industry professionals and others who work with electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs), institutional repositories, graduate students and scholarly communications.

The conference theme “Tech’s Next Frontier: Transforming Research & Digital Scholarship” will delve into technology as it impacts various aspects of the creation and dissemination of scholarly work. We will examine the present use and availability of ETDs and related initiatives. We will also explore new and emerging ETD practices, needs, and influences that impact administrative, graduate school, and library professionals.
